Fiery Implementation Services

When you purchase a Fiery® Implementation Service for EFITM MicroPress® or Fiery Central products, an EFI consultant will come on site to ensure a smooth product installation and end user training. Our experts perform a complete implementation checklist designed to walk customers through the pre-installation, implementation, workflow, and post-implementation requirements that include a live hand off to make sure end users are prepared to perform their daily tasks.
There are two different packages available.
- Standard 3-day implementation service – covers pre-implementation conference calls, system configuration review, on-site product training, workflow, post-implementation hand-off and completion acceptance report.
- Premium 4-day implementation service (recommended for complex integrations and configurations) – covers pre-implementation conference calls, system configuration review, on-site product training, workflow analysis, post-implementation hand-off and completion acceptance report.

| Fiery On Site Daily Services brings a Fiery expert to the customer. Services are available for a daily rate, with additional day rates. |
| Some times you just need a Fiery expert on site to finalize or complete a specific project. Get the Fiery experience and skills by hiring a Fiery expert. Requires a pre-implementation call to evaluate specific expectations and requirements. A clear Statement of Work (SOW) will be defined, and number of days will be pre-defined based on customer needs. |
