At EFI, we strive to meet your expectations for system support. In addition to providing you with self-serve information 24/7 through our Knowledgebase, we have made it even easier for you to get help when you need it by extending our call-in and email support from 5:45 pm to 8:00 pm Eastern time.

Effective immediately, our regular Customer Support Center hours are 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Eastern time, Monday through Friday. You can reach a member of the Customer Support Center team via email at pace.support@efi.com or toll free at 800-624-5999 ext. 3.
