Fiery Central Certification

EFI Fiery Central Certication Course

Students certified in this class gain a working knowledge of Fiery Central modules in production environments. EFI-Fiery Central Certification focuses on supporting the sales effort in a pre-and-post sales role. Students gain a working knowledge on installing and configuring Fiery Central systems, Flow components and connecting Fiery Central to Fiery and non-EFI controlled devices.

Agenda

Classes begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. with a one-hour break for lunch. Attendees are responsible for their own meals. A 15-minute break will be observed during the morning and afternoon sessions.

  • Fiery Central installation and logistics.
  • Fiery Central Manager and Balance printer configurations.
  • Fiery Central Flow workflows.
Day Two
  • Adobe Acrobat and Enfocus PitStop Professional
  • Using EFI Command WorkStation
  • Printing through Fiery Central Flow workflows.
  • Fiery® SeeQuence
    • EFI Impose
    • EFI Compose
Day Three
  • Fiery® Hot Folders
  • Fiery® Scan
  • Practical and written examination

Who Should Attend?

This course is designed for people who have responsibility for installing, supporting, and training on the Fiery Central product and Flow modules. The class is geared toward those providing pre and post sales support.

Delivery Method

The EFI Fiery Central Technical Certification is an instructor-led class that can be taught onsite or at an EFI training facility.

Training Equipment Requirements

  • One Fiery Central server minimum
  • Fiery System 8.x or higher controller and print engine.
  • At least one computer workstation per every two student, a single computer for each student preferred.
