Support Overview

With the appropriate level of product support, we are confident that customers can realize the full potential of EFI's scalable technology, which is designed to address their current and future business needs.

    EFI provides two types of customer support for channel partners on Fiery Central. Our standard support plan is geared towards our distribution partners, who are providing end user and reseller support. The plan’s goal is to ensure that EFI’s channel partners are successful with their direct support of the solution.

    For those distributors who wish not to provide reseller or Tier Two support, EFI has a reseller support plan that provides the added expertise and depth necessary for the channel to deliver higher quality support to end users.     The company also is proud to announce Tier One direct support for users purchasing direct from EFI.
