EFI’s Worldwide Customer Support centers for our server and controller solutions
provide Tier Three technical support to our OEM partners. Our Regional Customer
Support locations include Foster City, California; Minneapolis, Minnesota; Amsterdam,
The Netherlands; Tokyo, Japan and Sydney, Australia. EFI’s Customer Support is organized
to provide our OEM partners with a primary contact, while providing a regional presence
for global and language support when needed. For your convenience, we have posted
on this support site some typical Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), security information,
and software download links for drivers and other EFI applications.
If you need specific assistance on your EFI™ server or controller solution (Fiery®,
Splash®, EDOX®), your primary contact is your local EFI dealer. The EFI dealer is
your first option should you need any technical support and will be able to address
your questions.
Alternatively, another option is to contact EFI Technical Support at (888) 334-8650
(non-toll free (651) 365 5570) and select the product from the menu tree for the
product. There will be a charge for server and controller solutions calls.
