During the free trial period, EFI™ offers email support and a
Mobile Printing Forum for users.
After purchase, PrintMe® Mobile licenses include the first year of support and maintenance, which includes Tier 1 Support, software updates, and a subscription to PrintMe.com. After the first year, you may buy additional support and maintenance contracts in multiples of one year.
How to Get Support
To get tech support for PrintMe Mobile, you can contact EFI by email or by phone, between the hours of 8:00 am and 8:00 pm, Eastern Time, Monday through Friday:
- Email: printmemobile-support@efi.com. You will automatically receive an email with your case number in response to any email support query.
