    2012 Shop Floor / Shop Supervisor Features

    Instructor: Rob Hales

    In this session we will review the latest enhancements submitted by the PrintStream User Group for Shop Floor and Shop Supervisor. These changes include new options for setting up workstations in Shop Supervisor, with the ability to now assign employees to work on specific customers jobs. We will also review the new look Shop Floor module with the ability to guide the employee through the login process as well as the new bar code commands and new material entry features.

    Financial Statements/Month-End Procedures

    This class will demonstrate how to create customized financial statements and offer suggestions on how to make this process easier and how to troubleshoot problems with existing statements. We will also present ideas to help streamline your month-end closing processes; to include suggestions related to the proper steps to take and which reports to use in the reconciliation process.

    MR Extended

    Instructor: Claude Horsch

    The MR Extended Scheduler is designed to communicate to the Shop Employees what jobs need to be worked on and what order they need to be processed in it also provides useful information regarding statues of jobs in production. The thought behind this program is to minimize for example CSR’s and Sales Reps having to place phone calls or meet with the production staff to check the status of their jobs throughout the day. This class will provide useful information staring with Set-Up, Prioritizing Jobs and Reporting capabilities.
