Fiery Central includes a three-year hardware service warranty on the Dell PC and RAID set. (EFI also offers an optional two-year extended service warranty). This extended warranty, Dell Next Business Day On-site Response Service, provides base-level customer support. Through the Next Business Day Response Service, users can request a Dell certified technician the following business day at their location.
