Support Overview
The value of office technology extends far beyond the installation of the product
but to the life time support of the software and hardware to ensure that the productivity
gains extend far into the future. EFI considers high levels of software product
quality and customer satisfaction critical to the success of our business strategy.
EFI provides Tier 3 technical support to IKON Office Solutions, providing escalation
support and other services to help improve IKON’s ability to support the channel
and end-users. End-users should call 1-888-ASK-IKON, or visit http://www.ikon.com/support/ for technical support issues.
For items that require additional support, IKON will contact EFI directly and escalate
a minority of issues to EFI phone support. EFI will provide patches/updates and
other services and, for a fee, education services to provide IKON the skills and
knowledge to provide other value added services to the end user.
